
Bella's Body Sculpting - Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. However, in order to manage our bookings and provide the best services to all of our clients, we kindly request that you adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
1. Notification Requirement:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to fill the slot with another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
2. Missed Appointment Fee:
Any cancellation or rescheduling made within 6 hours of your appointment time will incur a $25 missed appointment fee. This fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
3. No-shows:
Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notification will also result in a $25 missed appointment fee.
4. Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, in order to ensure that the next client's appointment is not affected, your session may be shortened. Full charges will apply.
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us via phone or email. Please provide as much notice as possible to avoid any unnecessary fees.
6. Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you experience a serious, unavoidable issue, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
